How is my IP and tech pack protected?
We sign an NDA before receiving any confidential files. Your tech packs and samples are never shared with other clients. All design files are stored on encrypted servers with access limited to your dedicated team.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per colour per style. For leather and boxing gear, MOQ starts at 50 pieces. We can discuss smaller runs for sampling and initial launches.
How long does sampling take?
Pre-production samples are typically ready in 5–7 business days. We send daily photo updates during sample production. Digital mock-ups are provided within 48 hours of brief receipt.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, LC at sight, and Western Union for smaller orders.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to most destinations via sea or air freight. We handle export documentation, customs clearance, and can coordinate with your freight forwarder.
